It is possible to return goods that are not included in the "List of goods of proper quality that cannot be returned" if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase of such goods.
Refunds for such goods, previously paid for, are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.

• baby products (puppy bottles, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.)
• manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, saws, etc.)
• shaving machines
• shaving brushes
• bed linen
• products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs)
• photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper
• corsetry
• feather and down products
• mouthpieces
• audio and video cassettes, disks for laser read-write systems
• jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic precious stones and semi-precious stones
Return of goods is possible:
if it has not been used;
if its presentation is preserved;
consumer properties, seals, labels are not damaged.
