The procedure for returning a parcel by cash on delivery to the online store consists of three stages:

notification of the online store about the intention to return the goods;

drafting of a return application;

shipment of goods to the online store.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GOODS TO BE RETURNED

To return you need to provide goods purchased in the online store dital.com.ua and necessarily the original document confirming receipt and payment by the buyer of goods via the online store dital.com.ua (expendable waybill, sales receipt, receipts, etc.).

Refund

After receiving the goods and confirming that the requirements for return have been met, and the necessary documents - are filled out, we will refund you money, or perform replacement of the goods of improper quality. The refund is made in the same way as you paid the order.Please note that when paying with a credit card, the term of the refund depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card. According to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the return of goods is possible only if the cheque and non-conforming goods are kept.
